Giving
Since childhood, you used to 'GIVE' a lot in relationships. I have known many guys as cousins/ relatives/friends....some are good, some are sincere, some are honest..etc. When I think of the most important quality in you I think you used to give a lot in relationships.
To Mom, Papa, Me, Dadu, My friends, your Frriends, Our cousins- Rajesh, rahul, Jaya, Khusboo, to Chahcha's , mama's, Mausi's and I think to every one.
Since you have gone, I feel a lacuna in my life. There are so many people who demand things in relationships, very few who give.
Bhai I miss you.

Rakhi
Since the time you have gone,
Rakhi festival leaves me sad.
Now almost 5 years have passed by and I am still in a trans.
I decided that I will share about who you were and your positive points with my daughters, so that they row up knowing who their MAMA was.
Just like you used to make my Rakhi day special and interesting, I will do the same for them on your behalf. I will gift them beautiful things on your behalf. As I know, if you were here, you would have pampered them to the hilt.
Though they will never see you but I will ensure that the lill one's know you at least.
I love you Bhai...Happy Rakhi

Post by Renu Mishra
For me Ravi was my own dear brother. When ever I think about him, his smiling face comes in front of my eyes. He always used to smile and made others laugh too. I remember meeting him was in my marriage 8th March 2000. So radiant and ever cheerful just like his name Ravi (Sun), little did I know that was the last time we would be meeting. Dear Richa: he may not be physically here, but he is always among us, by us, with us..:
“Who is the third who walks always beside you?
When I count there are only you and I together
But when I look ahead up the white road
There is always another one walking beside you…”

Post by ALOK
farewell thee my friend,
i will remember you,
when time has wiped all but the faintest of your memories,
yes i would remember your name,
the days we spent together,
and the time we had,
i would put a smile for you,
though life without you never be the same,
yes i would remember you,
even if there is no tomorrow,
when one day age would slow me down,
or when fate would pour a joy or a sorrow,
i would wait for the day when we meet again.

People he loved
He loved a lot of people...many at all times , few at some times....I am trying to write about them here....what ever I know of them.
(I will skip Family here)
- Alok Kumar- More than a Friend...a Family for Ravi...They were always together....I remember them spending a lot of time inside the house sticking to the computer. Mostly working on some HCL Project (that's what they always said). Then when Alok went to IIM there was a gap...Ravi used to miss him a lot. I remember Alok taking pictures on my Birthday...(they are hanging in our home in Delhi).
How we celeberated his Last Bday
Cake cutting, gifts, music, song by Ma and lots of food used be a normal way to celebrate Birthdays.
School Days: Ma used to give a big bag of toffees to distribute in class.
In the evening we used to cut cake, I used to make good dishes , decorate the house with Balloons and frills.
Jaya, Rahul, Kshboo, Chachi Chaha and Jugga Mausi, Rajesh, Brijesh, mausaji used to be there in most of our birthdays.
All the neighborhood kids used to throng in and ma used to ensure a lot of supply of snacks...for all of us.
Then when Ravi entered teenage he started going out for lunch with school friends and then home party in evening followed by a short outing with his friends (this started happening in college I guess).
Last Birthday Together
9th Dec 2003, was the last time we celebrated his Birthday. Ravi had coxed papa to buy a few Benetton shirt, trousers (some of them he never got an opportunity to wear also). He was looking a bit pale and had to return to Doon the next day. His friend from neighborhood (he has a big dog...I dont remember his name) was with us at home and I think Sandeep Sanehi also came to meet him.
After the cake cutting I left to attend a marriage. Even today I am deeply pained for having done so.
Ravi clicked some pics of mine in my white dress (I will upload all the pics...they r kept in delhi house).
Papa and Ma were happy and we were thinking that once he finishes his MSC IT from Doon he can do some thing else...he wanted to go to Australia.
Memory is giving way....thats why it is important to pen down what is lost.
